Print, PDF, Save as single image
Save the edited photos, print them in a template layout such as a 5-photo layout, save them as a PDF, or save them as a single JPEG (JPG) image.
After completing photo edits in PhotoAlign, you must first save the edited photos. Click the Save Preview or Instant Save button on the toolbar at the top to save them.
If you want to print the already edited photos in a layout or save them as an image or PDF, use the PhotoPort software.
Once the edited photos are saved, a message will appear asking how you would like to use them.
Here, click the Print or PDF button or the Save as Single Image button.
A preview window like the one below will appear.
- From the list on the left, select the desired layout, and then check the arrangement of the photos in the preview window on the right.
- If you want to add a photo to a specific slot, click the Browse button to open an external photo file.
- Click the bordered box to edit the text.
- You can change the paper size, such as A4 or U.S. Letter, from the toolbar at the top.
After final confirmation, click the Save as Image, Save as PDF, or Print button on the toolbar at the top.
If you edit text and then change the layout, the previous changes will be reset.
