Integration with the WEBCEPH platform
What is WEBCEPH?
WEBCEPH is the best cloud-based AI platform for orthodontics and orthognathic surgery for dentists. With professional features such as automatic cephalometric tracing and analysis, orthodontic and orthognathic surgery simulation, automatic cephalometric superimpositions, case reviews, and treatment simulations all on a web browser anywhere and anytime.
Premium or higher members on WEBCEPH can directly upload photos from PhotoAlign to WEBCEPH through the integration service.

Setting the API Password
To integrate PhotoAlign with WEBCEPH, you must first set the API Password in WEBCEPH.
The API Password can be set in the [Settings] section on the right side of the [My Account] page.
The API Password is a separate password from the account password, used only for API integration.
The API Password can currently be set and used only by members with Premium or higher memberships in WEBCEPH.
Choosing a Template
PhotoAlign includes templates for WEBCEPH by default. You can select and use the WEBCEPH template from the [Customized] tab.
It is possible to directly integrate with WEBCEPH from other templates, but additional settings such as [Edit Canvas Properties] may be required if you want to enable pre-position photos for the WEBCEPH record set.
Uploading to WEBCEPH after editing photos in PhotoAlign
When you open the [Save Preview] window, select the [Upload to WEBCEPH after saving] checkbox at the bottom.
Alternatively, even if you did not check the box, you can click the [Upload to WEBCEPH] button after the photo save is completed to upload it. (This option is only displayed after the initial integration with WEBCEPH)
After the edited photo is saved to your computer, a login screen appears, and you can login with your WEBCEPH account ID and API Password.

Finding/Creating a WEBCEPH Patient
After successfully logging in, you can search for patient information in the [Find Patient] tab by the patient's name or patient ID. Searching with an empty field shows a list of the last 10 patients.
In the [New Patient] tab, you can create a new patient. Enter all items appropriately and click the [Create] button to add a new patient.
After selecting a patient, double-click on the patient's record (date) at the bottom or click the [Select Record] button.
If you want to create a new record date, click the [New Record] button at the bottom left to create it for a specific date.
Allocating and Uploading Photos
Once the patient and record are selected, a preview window for uploading the edited photos is displayed. On the left, the list of photos edited and saved this time is displayed, and you can drag them into the template on the right.
If you use the WEBCEPH template or the canvas properties have been edited for WEBCEPH template, some photos will be pre-allocated automatically.
If you decide NOT to upload a specific photo, you can deselect it by clicking the X button, and if you want to upload an external photo, you can open a file by clicking the icon at the bottom left.
If there is a ! icon at the top left, it means that photos have already been uploaded to the patient's record.
If you want to overwrite an existing photo, please select the [Overwrite] checkbox at the bottom left.
After reviewing everything, click the [Upload] button to upload the photos.
