Dentivate ("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://photoalign.com, https://monobutton.com and https://dentivate.com websites and applications including the PhotoAlign (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Data we DO NOT obtain

The data you used in PhotoAlign software (such as photo files, templates, file names, etc.)
Direct information of payment methods (such as card number, expiration date, etc.) We only obtain secondary and non-direct transaction information for payment validation. However, if you pay via bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or paper checks, the information you used and wrote may also be obtained for transaction and validation.
Private information in your devices (such as device models)

Data we obtain

Email address, Phone Number (if provided), Name, Office Name, License key, Device name, Device ID.
We use the email address to send you the license key, payment receipt, and your device name and ID to authenticate and validate licenses.
Your license is not auto-renewed, and you are not auto-charged unless you explicitly enabled auto-renewal feature.

Service providers

We employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service, to perform Service-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
The following companies have access to your Personal Data only to perform the tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Google Analytics:
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. FastSpring and Paddle:
We use third-party payment system for our checkout process and help us to prevent fraud or flag suspicious transactions.
